Principle
The BuildingID database is based on the principle that a building is an integral and coherent whole. If an expansion is realized, not only the surface is adjusted, but value and sustainability also change. By recording this relationship in relationships, it is ensured that the entire database remains current and reliable, even after changing one aspect.
Structure
The initial structure of the database is based on public sources, historical building knowledge and developed algorithms. This, combined with realized building models, made it possible to record individual characteristics of each dwelling. Specific characteristics such as building and dwelling types, geometric aspects such as roof types and surfaces, sustainability aspects such as energy and label calculations, and financial aspects.
Access
The information in the database is unlocked in various ways. This can be done through data delivery, specific analysis and support (GIS and Consultancy) or an App development for specific target groups.
