BuildingID has stored the building elements and geometric values in its integral real estate database of all buildings. Multiple surfaces and contents are used including BVO, GBO and BI in accordance with NEN2580 and other calculation methods such as WWS. In addition, the database also includes roof and ridge height, presence of dormer windows, roof type, orientation of the various roof surfaces, and so on. And, of course, these geometric values can be shown through 3D GIS and BIM models.
